Registration Tips & Notes
To Register for any of the RMHS Skill Development Camps all you have to do is simply CLICK HERE. Or locate any Register button within the website on each camp page. This page will take you to all of the camp listings that we have to offer for the Summer Camp Season.
There will be multiple listings per location. Each camp listing will be age and camp focus specific, so please be sure to sign your son or daughter up for the correct camp focus. Each listing has more specific camp information about each location. You will be able to find the camp focus, daily schedule, address to the ice arena, camp staff, & cost.
If you have already used the Campvine Registration system you most likely should have an account with us already. All you have to do is log in and select the camp you would like to register for. If you have multiple players you can use the cart and add players with one easy payment. Please avoid creating multiple accounts! Email RMHS with login trouble or click forgot username/password to be redirected.
If you do not have an account in the Campvine system is very easy to create an account. Please follow the prompted steps and be sure to simply read all of the information in each step. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of the registration process.
Please keep in mind. When you register our system is 100% secure and you do not need to worry about any hackers stealing your private information. Your credit card provided will NOT be charged upon submission.
Cancellation Protection: RMHS offers our camp families "piece-of-mind" Cancellation Protection for $75 per skills camp and $100 for the Steamboat Adventure Camp or the RMHS Selects Elite Camp, due at the time of registration. Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full REFUND of camp fees paid to date, not including monies paid for the Cancellation Protection fee.
If you do NOT choose the refund insurance a $100 administrative fee of any day Camper deposit and $150 administrative fee to any resident camper deposit amount, should you cancel your camp registration ON or BEFORE Friday, May 31, 2021.
Should you cancel your camp registration AFTER Friday, May 31, 2021, or before your camp starts we will give you a VOUCHER for all camp fees paid to date, not including the Cancellation Protection fee, $150 administrative fee and any Resident Camper deposit amounts, valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance. Once the camp location you are registered for starts in 2021 all Cancellation Protection policies expire. Your VOUCHER is transferable to only family members and good for any RMHS program and is not redeemable for cash.
Sickness Policy: As we all know we cannot control when our athletes get sick. If your athlete misses camp or camp days due to any type of sickness, RMHS will issue a prorated refund or credit voucher for the days or camp that was missed. Sickness prorated day refunds will be $50 per day of camp that was missed minus the total registration fees.
Injury Policy: Injuries can be a natural occurrence in a contact sport such as hockey and because of this we cannot issue refunds for injuries. Additionally, refunds will not be granted for injuries occurred at other camps and try-outs prior to the start of this camp. It is the player's responsibility to show up to camp in shape physically and ready to compete.
