RMHS SELECTS CAMP REGISTRATION INFO
Registrations made BEFORE June 1, 2026:
A deposit of $300 per week is required via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express at the time of registration. Deposits made for resident campers are non-refundable. The final payment will be due on June 1. The credit card used for the deposit payment will be charged automatically for the remaining balance on or around June 1.
New in 2026:
All campers will be required to fill out an application of interest for the RMHS Selects Elite Camp. The RMHS staff will review all applications and contact all athletes with our final decision. If your athlete qualifies, you will receive a registration link at that time. Each age group will have 24 forward spots, 12 defenseman spots, & 4 goaltender spots.
Registration AFTER June 1, 2026:
Full payment is due upon enrollment for any camp that has openings. No camper will be allowed to participate unless all fees have been paid and all health forms have been submitted in full.
Cancellations:
Rocky Mountain Hockey Schools has a strict no-refund policy, and no refunds (partial or full) will be issued under any circumstances. To protect your registration payment if the registered participant is unable to participate due to an injury, illness, or other covered reason, we strongly recommend that you consider purchasing a Registration Insurance plan, as offered through Vertical Insure. This will provide relief from our No Refund Policy by refunding your registration costs in the event of an incident. Registration Insurance has no deductible, and the insurance cost is a small percentage of the program fee.
Camp Credit: If you must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, RMHS offers full camp credits that are valid for 2 years from the date of registration. The Credit will be applied to your Campvine account and used towards any RMHS Summer camp or Fall/Winter Clinic.
Injury Policy:
Unfortunately, injuries are a natural part of a contact sport like hockey. As a result, the camp director will deal with injury refunds on a case-by-case basis after reviewing individual circumstances. When issued, refunds are limited to a credit voucher good for any RMHS program for two (2) years from the date of issuance.
