Coach Foust grew up in Central Michigan, where he developed a love for hockey, baseball, and football. He honed his hockey skills at the Rocky Mountain Hockey School and competed for the AA Hockey Club Midland Northstars. Throughout his youth career, he faced top-tier AAA teams from across the Midwest and made multiple appearances in the finals of the prestigious Silver Stick tournament. In high school, Coach Foust was a standout three-sport athlete, serving as captain for both the football and hockey teams while earning numerous conference honors. In the early stages of his coaching career, he has developed a strong passion for developing young athletes. He has served as an instructor at Central Michigan’s AHAMP clinic and actively supports various youth charities throughout West Michigan. Coach Foust works as a private lesson instructor, developing skills and training habits.
