Evan played her youth hockey for the Littleton Hawks before transitioning to the girl's side, playing AAA hockey at the Colorado Select from its inaugural season through her senior year of high school.  She then went on to earn a full athletic scholarship to Colgate University, where she was a four-year starter.  After graduating, Evan played one season in Munich, Germany, for the ESC Planegg Penguins, a professional women’s hockey team.  Evan has been coaching for over a decade, specializing in power skating and skill development.  Evan is passionate about developing the foundations of the sport in a challenging and fun way.
