Ryan Ford

Head Strength & Conditioning Coach

Ryan Ford has worked with youth in many domains, from strength and conditioning to guiding wilderness
trips, coaching lacrosse, and teaching science. Ryan earned his B.S. in Exercise Science at James Madison
University, where he worked closely with the strength and conditioning staff of the football, lacrosse,
swim, dive, and tennis teams. Currently, he is wrapping up his M.A. in Sports and Performance
Psychology at the University of Denver (June 2023), where he will become a Certified Mental
Performance Consultant. Before coming to Denver, Ryan worked as an educator, coach, and director of
Sports Performance at the St. Paul’s schools in Baltimore, MD. Ryan works to enhance the joy and well-
being athletes both physically and mentally in their pursuit of excellence.
