Shooting & Stickhandling Clinic - U19-U14 Girls
Group #2

RMHS is coming to Lewiston for a Checking/Body Contact camp for Bantam, Midgets. The players will be separated into groups by age and skill level. This will ensure the players will be training against players of their skill level for the best possible training environment. During this clinic we will focus on proper body contact along the wall and in the open ice. The RMHS staff will focus on proper body positioning for both giving and receiving body contact. These skills are important to learn for the players where body contact is legal and for the non checking leagues.

The Girls U19, U16, & U14 will participate in the Shooting & Stickhandling Camp.  During this clinic we will focus on proper shooting technique while stationary and on the move. The coaching staff will break down the wrist, snap, backhand, and slap shot with the most innovative techniques taught at all levels. The RMHS staff will also cover better puck handling skills both in the open ice and in tight areas. This clinic will give our students all the necessary tools to become a more effective player.
